01 / OUR APPROACH

Four pillars.

Enduring capital

Our stable, long-term capital base gives us the freedom to think independently and act opportunistically in periods of uncertainty. We can navigate changing markets flexibly, adjusting course based on our assessment of risk and reward.

Deep research

Our research process is intensive. We evaluate business quality, competitive position, valuation, and the strength of management teams, drawing on discussions with company leadership and industry experts alongside a multitude of alternative resources to develop and challenge our views.

Diverse perspectives

Our investment process draws on the experience and judgment of all members of the team. We evaluate ideas collectively, bringing different perspectives to testing assumptions and weighing risks and opportunities.

Constant evolution

We continually refine our approach by adopting new research methods and technologies and welcoming new people and perspectives. Technology shapes both how we research and where we invest. Experience grounds our judgment; curiosity drives us to improve.

02 / OUR PEOPLE

Experience.
Shared purpose.

Collaboration.
A breadth of perspectives.
